There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the subsequent events, it is submitted that though the request of the petitioner not to register a share in the land was rejected by the 2nd respondent vide impugned proceedings dated 05.04.2016 bearing reference No.7/P1/2016. 3.It is submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner herself has transferred her share by a Sale Deed dated 16.12.2016, which was registered on 28.03.2017 vide document no.1602/2017 in favour of the Golden Properties. Today, a copy of the registered Sale Deed has been filed by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
