Sabha) bearing Door No.55 (Old No.16) Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017, pending disposal of application no.6408 of 2019 filed in C.S.D.No.112222 of 2019.

2. When the present application is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the present application may be dismissed as infructuous.
