India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in the provisional selection list dated 20.07.2024 insofar as it mentions the petitioner's candidature as 'withheld' at S. No 11 therein and consequential order of the 1st respondent issued in GO.Ms. No 4 Higher Education (K1) Department dated 08.01.2025 insofar as it relates to item No.48 stating that B.SC. (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) awarded by Sri Venkateswara University to the petitioner herein is not equivalent to B.Sc., Chemistry for the purpose of employment in public services, and to quash the same as being illegal and unsustainable in law insofar as petitioner is concerned and for a consequential direction to the Respondents 1 to 4 to treat the petitioner as eligible for the post of B.T.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of 3/6
this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
