ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the first respondent herein to pass appropriate orders to reckon the seniority of the petitioner herein in the original post of BT Assistant from the date of his regularization with effect from 01.06.2006 for reckoning of his seniority for promotion to the post of PG Assistant/Head Master of High School/Higher Secondary School and to confer him all service and monetary benefits.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
