The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner, claims to be a disabled person with 50% disability and having family consisting of his wife and three children, sought for allotment of a place for bunk shop at Kundrathur Bus Stand, or Chrompet Bus Stand or Tambaram Bus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stand or Tambara Siddha Hospital to eke his livelihood and also support his family. It is stated that the first respondent has made recommendation to the second respondent, who in turn, directed the Tahsildar to take appropriate action and report. It is stated that so far, the petitioner has not been allotted with any place.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application is under consideration and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a disabled person and made an application to run a bunk shop, for eking his livelihood more particularly, to support his family, this Court is of the view that the respondents shall consider his application and pass appropriate orders without loss of further time in any event, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
