This petition has been filed to amend the prayer as "to call for records in Spl.S.C.No.7 of 2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur and quash the Charge Sheet in Spl.S.C.No.7 of 2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur" instead of "to call for records and quash the FIR in Crime No.658 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police" in Crl.O.P.No.33356 of 2019 and Crl.M.P.No.18408 of 2019 prayer as "to stay all further proceedings of the Charge Sheet in Spl.S.C.No.7 of 2020 on the file of Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Court, Tirupur" instead of "to stay all further proceeding of the FIR in Crime No.658 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police".
