PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court on 27.12.2024 in the Criminal Original Petition. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court on 27.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.32377 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(a) of Crl.O.P.No.32377 of 2024 on 20.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
