[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue by name, Priya, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel. The 2nd respondent, by virtue of earlier order, has produced the detenue from Home for Women, Murukkeri, Ariyur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Vellore District and the detenue has been identified by the petitioner/her mother.
The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/her mother.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
