This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third respondent as R13 to R15 in the main second appeal.

2. Notice to the proposed respondents has been duly served. Mr.C.R.Prasannan, learned counsel has already filed vakalat for the proposed respondents in CMP.No.9327 of 2021.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that she has been informed by the learned counsel for the Appellant that the sole Appellant is dead.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and print the name of Mr.C.R.Prasannan for the proposed respondents in the main second appeal and list the matter for hearing on 06.08.2021. 16 .07.2021 nl ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
