This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the act of Contempt of Court for his disobedience of the order dated 02.07.2012 passed in W.P.No. 29057 of 2011.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has already been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 18.11.2020 in Na.Ka.No.4471/B2/2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same.
