PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by the order of this Court dated 27.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.32658 of 2024.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by the order of this Court dated 27.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.32658 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.32658 of 2024 on 27.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
