The WPMP No.261 of 2010 has been file to extend the time by six months from 04.03.2010 to comply the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.22199 of 2004 dated 22.01.2009.

2. The period of six months from 04.03.2010, as prayed in the miscellaneous petitions, is already lapsed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the petitions has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in the petitions..
