This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by the order of this Court dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.30860 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by the order of this Court dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.30860 of 2024, is relaxed. 2/4
