This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31202of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 in para No.4(b). SUNDER MOHAN,J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31202 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 , is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
