This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 & 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the panel fit for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant - English for Avanasi Panchayat Union, Tirupur District, published in the proceedings No.Nil, dated 25.05.2011, by the respondent No.2 and to promote petitioner as B.T.Assistant in English with service and monetary benefits.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
