This contempt petition has been filed seeking to take necessary action against the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.09.2012 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5854 of 2012. 2.
In Crl.O.P.No.5854 of 2012, this Court passed the following order on 06.09.2012:
"This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.., seeking a direction to direct the respondents to transfer the complaint dated 02.03.2012 on the file of the second respondent to Central Crime Branch, Egmore, Chennai, or any other competent investigating agency to register the case and investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal original petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to call the counter part and dispose of the matter according to law."

This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the above order.

Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint said to have been given by the petitioner is not available with the respondent/police. 5.
On a reading of the petition in Crl.O.P.No.5854 of 2012, it appears that the petitioner had made certain allegations against his daughter-in-law Valli. In such view of the matter, interests of justice will be served if liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, W-31, All Women Police Station, St.Thomas Mount, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such complaint being filed, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.
