This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, in PRC.No.28 of 2015 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the case has already been committed in S.C.No.3 of 2017, on the file of the Additional Sessions Court No.III, Salem. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
