O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in CMP.No.560 of 2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai dated 03.02.2022 and to relax the condition that the petitioner has to sign before the respondent police once in a week, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is continuously taking treatment for kidney related ailment, the order passed in CMP.No.560 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai dated 03.02.2022 is set aside and the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.54 of 2022 by order dated 05.01.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Peraiyur Police Station, Madurai on the 1st working day of every month until further orders".
