This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on all working day daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.26615 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 05.11.2024 to 27.12.2024 and thereafter, he has not complied. Hence, he sought for dismissal of the petition.

3.Heard both sides. It is seen that the petitioner has not regularly complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed.
