Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to appoint him as Medical Laboratory Technician in the 1st Respondent/Hospital, pursuant to the interview held on 29.11.2005.

2. Today, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the Petitioner has already crossed the upper age limit and the question of appointment, more particularly after 15 years of filing the Writ Petition, is not feasible. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the Petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
