ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19776 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.437 of 2023 dated 25.10.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.30 a.m and also shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19776 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.437 of 2023 dated 25.10.2025, is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
