Crl.M.P.No.2067 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.31913 of 2019 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., The petitioner herein has filed Crl.OP.No.31913 of 2019 before this Court to direct the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem District to consider the petition to recall warrant on merits on his surrender on the same day in SC.No.60 of 2018. This Court, considering the petitioner's submission by the order dated 27.11.2019 has allowed the said petition directing the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order and to file petition to re-call the NBW and on such surrender and filing of the petition, the concerned Trial Court has to consider the same on merits and dispose of on the same day.

2. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court stating that since he was suffering from jaundice, he could not surrender before the Trial Court within the time fixed by this Court. But the petitioner has not produced any medical certificate in support of his contention. Hence, for entertaining this petition, the petitioner is directed to deposit a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, on or before 25.02.2020.
