C.M.P.Nos.7293, 7294 & 7295 of 2021 in SA.No.211 of 2007 C.M.P.Nos.7293, 7294 & 7295 of 2021 in SA.No.211 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.7293 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 14th respondent Rukmani in the above Second Appeal. C.M.P.No.7294 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 14th respondent Rukmani in the above Second Appeal.

C.M.P.No.7295 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 17 & 18 as the legal representatives of the deceased 14th respondent Rukmani, and rank them as the respondents 17 & 18 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
