ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1150 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was released on bail on 17.01.2025, and when he came out of the jail, the respondent arrested him in another case, and the learned Magistrate had released him on bail in the said case, directing him to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Alandur, on all working days; and that the very same condition may be imposed in this case also.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para no.3(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1150 of Page No.2 of 4
2025 dated 17.01.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 17.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1150 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.
5. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and the condition is modified.
