PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C against the dismissal order passed in C.A.No.145 of 2012 by the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge at Chennai, dated 28.01.2015 as against the conviction passed in C.C.No.13479 of 2005 by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court - II, Egmore, Chennai, dated 28.06.2012, under Section Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, by its conviction under Section 255(2) of Cr.P.C and sentence to pay a compensation of twice the cheque amount to the complainant within one month from the date of passing of the judgment in default to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one month.

ORDER

For the past three months there was no representation for the revision petitioner and hence on 05.07.2021, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for default.
