Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order made in Na.Ka.No.9123/2005/A4 dated 05.10.2005 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to remove the notice board erected in the lands comprised in Survey NO.186, No.64, Naduvacherri Village, Avinashi Taluk, Coimbatore District an forebear them from interfering with the petitioners possession, right to alienate and encumber the aforesaid properties.
