1. Learned counsel for the applicant says that the subject vehicle is not traceable and therefore, the warrant could not be executed. 1.1. In these circumstances, counsel for the applicant prays for closure of the application with liberty to approach this Court, in case, the vehicle is traced.

2. The application is closed, with liberty as prayed for.

3. I am informed that initial remuneration has been paid to the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court.
