ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon in Crl.M.P.No.8 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024 by directing the learned Principal District Judge, Sessions Judge(FAC), Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur to furnish registered documents of properties and also blood surety of the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having considered the arguments advanced, the order dated 24.01.2024 is modified and the relief is extended that the sureties can also produce the cash bond for Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in lieu of producing documents relating to title of properties. 23.02.2024 rjr 2/3
