This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioners are required for enquiry since the 1st petitioner is the history sheeter in H.S.No.16 of 2019.

4.In view of the above, the question of 'not to harass' cannot be entertained and the respondent police shall call the petitioners for enquiry as and when required.
