These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1374 days in filing the petition to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record, to allow the petition to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant as appellants 1 to 3 in the Second Appeal, and to set aside the abatement, respectively.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing these petitions.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since there being no objection from the opposite side, I allow these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause Title and post the Second Appeal for hearing on 12.03.2024.
