PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner by order of this Court on 12.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.31050 of 2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner by order of this Court on 12.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.31050 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 9(b) on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31050 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
