ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, based on her online application dated 04.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and she also claims that she is in possession of the same. She had applied for patta with the second respondent through online application dated 04.07.2025. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid application of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the
subject property, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the second respondent deem it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid application of the petitioner. No Costs.
