ORDER
The learned counsels appearing for the revision petitioner and the respondent reports that the matter has been settled between the parties and they seek leave of this Court to permit them to compound the offence. To that effect, a petition signed by both the parties and their respective counsel is filed and the same is recorded.
2. The petitioner herein is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited in the account of C.C.No.459 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Udumalpet, pursuant to the direction issued by this Court while admitting the revision petition.

3. In view of the compromise entered between the parties, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as the offence being compounded under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
