ORDER

Earlier this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 34247 of 2025 vide order dated 02.01.2026, wherein, the Paragraph No.7(b) of the order which reads as follows:- 7(b).the petitioner shall stay at Erode and report before the Karungalpalayam Police Station until further orders.

2.After hearing the submissions made on both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34247 of 2025 vide order dated 02.01.2026, wherein, the Paragraph No.7(b) of the order which reads thus:- "that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

3.The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.34247 of 2025 vide order dated 02.01.2026, shall remains unaltered.
