Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent made in R.No.40370/A2/1998 dated 03.07.1998 and as confirmed in Revision Petition No.11 of 1998 and I.A.No.290 of 2004/A5 dated 31.03.2005 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same direct the respondents to renew the permit of the vehicle as prayed for in his application dated 15.06.1998 and 15.06.2003.
