ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order i.e, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18306 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28797 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Principal Special Court for EC/NDPS Act cases, Chennai and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the above submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 3 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.18306 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.28797 of 2024 by order dated 21.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for EC/NDPS Act cases, Chennai on 03.03.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge.
