PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition in Paragraph No.5(b) imposed on him in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.32265 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025 by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.5(b) imposed on him in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.32265 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32265 of 2024 on 20.01.2025 is totally relaxed.
