..Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023 praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, to release the Document No. 1876 of 2012 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Sriperumpudur, stands in the name of first petitioner's brother, namely, S.K.Ramesh and to permit the first petitioner to deposit the Document No.1877 of 2012 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Sriperumbudur, to the credit of Crime No. 481 of 2024.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking permission from this Court to replace the Document No.1877 of 2012 which belongs to the first petitioner herein before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, in connection with Crime No. 481 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Document No.1876 of 2012 which was already deposited by the petitioners belonging to the first petitioner's brother, namely, S.K.Ramesh in Crime No.481 of 2024, and now, the first petitioner herein is ready to deposit the title deed vide Document No.1877 of 2012 which belongs to him since his brother is in need of dealing with his property for the purpose of meeting certain exigencies. 3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the first petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, is hereby directed to consider the request made by the first petitioner, and pass appropriate orders if any petition is filed by him. 4.With the above observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
