(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The above petition is filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1761 days in filing the petition for restoration in C.M.P.No. 18827 of 2016 in A.S.No. 643 of 2016.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that, pending the appeal, sale deed has been executed by the Court and therefore the said application has become infructuous.
3. The said fact has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
