ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15327 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20833 of 2024 by order dated 05.11.2024 in para no.4 that "the petitioners shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
