ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.24666 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24666 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 in para No.3 that the petitioner shall report before the Additonal District Judge, Presiding Office, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Coimbatore on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., and also before the respondent police on every Sunday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.24666 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24666 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
