This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17772 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28058 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17772 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28058 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
