PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in proceedings No.E3/Misc/58/2003 and dated 07.11.2005 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner to the post of Assistant General Manager by upgrading the Manager in the first respondent Organization. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings No.E3/Misc/58/2003 and dated 07.11.2005 by the first respondent; quash the same and direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner to the post of Assistant General Manager by upgrading the Manager in the first respondent Organization.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
