This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29664 of 2022 on 08.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
