ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that pending the revision, the petitioner/accused had, since, passed away. As a matter of fact, he would submit that the respondent/complainant had also passed away. However, pending the revision, the petitioner, as a matter of fact, paid the cheque amount. But, however, the parties died before the same could be recorded in the manner known to law. However, the legal heirs are not in contact with him and both sides legal heirs are not co-operating, since, already the matter is settled between them.

2. In that view of the matter, the said fact is recorded and this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
