ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate disciplinary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2024 and to pass appropriate orders enabling withholding of an amount of Rs.22,08,483/- from the dues payable to the fifth respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and oral endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
