ORDER

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.3023 of 2013 interview was conducted on 10.06.2013 and selection process was also over. However, the petitioner was not given appointment as he did not secure the qualified marks. To substantiate the same, the learned counsel produced the original file containing the entire list of candidates called for interview on 10.06.2013, a perusal of which would reveal that none of the candidates including the petitioner secure the qualified marks in the interview and hence, he was not selected for appointment.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court dated 26.03.2013 in W.P.No.6700 of 2013 has been complied with by the respondents. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
