no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to posted on 01.03.2024. Again, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to day ie., on 15.03.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
