N.Ramesh ..Respondents [R4, impleaded as per the order of this Court, dated 13.09.2007 in WPMP.No.6396 of 2006 in WP.No.40170 of 2005.] Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondent (2) from anyway interfering with the peaceful possession of the residential premises by the petitioner as a Statutory Tenant at Old No.25, New Door No.16, Murugesan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017 consisting of two bed rooms, one hall, one kitchen, toilet batch measuring to an extent of 600 sq.ft. except by due proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Control) Act.
