[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the decree and judgment dated 20.01.2009 in O.S.No.79 of 2002 passed by the District Munsif Court, Alandur has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.There is no representation for the respondents. 3.When the matter was listed on 05.11.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.11.2020. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, we presume that the order has been complied with. 4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
